Terms and Return Policy

Our policy is store credit only and items can be returned under the following circumstances:

No returns are accepted unless an item was misrepresented or we have made a mistake (shipped the wrong item, etc.) and you have contacted Customer Service at francesroseboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery according to USPS. If you have not contacted us within 5 days then we are unable to refund/exchange.
You then have 7 business days to return the product--and the first day begins on the day you submit the return request via email.
All items must have all tags (if there are tags included)
A store credit will be kept on file here at our office and we will either send you a gift card or return code to use on your next purchase.
You may only use your credit on the Mary Margaret by Frances Rose Collection unless other arrangements have been made between you and Frances Rose (which there are instances like this, and we strive to make the process easy for all parties involved)
NO returns can be made on heirlooms, hand-smocked pieces, hand-embroidered pieces, or applique pieces.
Store credit from a return cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, discount or sale.
Please return items back to the address below using USPS, UPS or FedEx. It is in your best interest to retain a copy of the tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless, again, there was a mistake made on behalf of Frances Rose. You will also receive a packing slip/receipt with your shipment and that must be signed and returned as well.

If your return is not sent back to us within 7 business days then we will send it back to you and no credit will be issue. We will also invoice for additional shipping charges we incur when returning back to you.
Items that are pre-ordered cannot be reimbursed or return unless, again, we have made a mistake in shipping or the item is defective (torn, etc.,), Customized items that have been discussed and agreed upon by the customer cannon be retuned.
Frances Rose reserves the right to make slight changes to garments such as trim, buttons, etc.) In the event we run out of said trim, etc., that are shown in photos please know that a replacement of equal or higher value will be used as a replacement. These instances are extremely rare, but we have to make decisions quickly when they do happen, and we will always put your best interest first and foremost!

NOTE: ANY CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN FRANCES ROSE AND THE CUSTOMER IS DEEMED PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL. SCREEN SHOTS OF ANY EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES OR COMMENTS, TEXT MESSAGES, ETC. SHALL NOT BE POSTED ON ANY PUBLIC FORUM OR WEBSITE WITH THE INTENT TO SLANDER OR DEFAME FRANCES ROSE, ITS OWNER, ITS EMPLOYEES, ITS SEAMSTRESSES OR ANY CONTRACTED SUPPLIER OR MANUFACTUER.
IN ADDITION, ANY SCREEN SHOTS TAKEN FROM OUR WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES THAT ARE TAKEN AND USED WITH THE INTENT TO REPLICATE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND CAN RESULT IN COPYRIGHT CHARGES, UNLESS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST VIA EMAIL TO OBTAIN PERMISSION.
ALL INFORMATION BETWEEN FRANCES ROSE AND OUR CUSTOMERS REMAINS PRIVATE AND WILL NEVER BE SHARED ON A PUBLIC FORUM OR WEBSITE OR WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT.---PLEASE REFER TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERBICE FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION, IF NEEDED.
